Or you can enjoy our Villa as a Bed and Breakfast; So you can rent rooms and studio's in our Villa. Our studio is also perfect for long term renting at special rates. Please e-mail us for more information and availability.

Double Deluxe Room

This cozy room has a king-size bed with down bedding, coffee- and tea facilities, a big flatscreen TV with satellite, a DVD player and CD music installation, a wooden dresser, big closet space, a bathroom with bath, a terrace, airco/heating and a wonderful view.

Superior Studio "Sueño"

This comfortable studio is like a dream. It has a king-size bed with down bedding, a big flatscreen TV with satellite, a CD, radio and DVD player, a roomy sitting area, a small kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, a brand new bathroom with XL shower, a terrace and a gorgeous view. This room has its own back entrance and is very spacious.

We also have 2 standard family rooms up to 6 persons.

This cozy room has a big sofa bed, 2 quality bunk beds, big closet space, airconditioning/heating, a terrace and a wonderful view. We provide quality towels, mattresses and bedding.

5% discount from 9 days - 10 % discount from 15 days - special prices for groups

Prices include breakfast and depend on your choice of breakfast :

- Standard Breakfast : bread, butter, ham, cheese, salami, jam, orange juice, yoghurt and coffee or tea.

- Deluxe Breakfast : wide variety of breads, meats and cheeses, smoked salmon, jam selection, fresh fruits, glass of Cava, glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice, yoghurt, sweets, coffee, tea, (chocolate) milk . = +5 euro.

* Double Deluxe room : per room per night (2 p), standard breakfast included

low season = 70 euro

high season = 80 euro

* Superior Studio "Sueño" : per room per night (2p), standard breakfast included

low season : 85 euro per night

high season : 95 euro per night

The studio is also available for long-term renting, at special rates.

Rates when renting the villa completely (4-16 persons)

Renting our villa completely is possible. The rates below are INCLUSIVE THE ENERGY COST ; *from a consumption of more than 100 KWh per week 0.25 € / KWh will be charged from the deposit.

The villa is 270 m2 big and the garden and terraces are 1300 m2. We have many fruit trees and cosy lounge sofa's and sunbeds. You have a delightful sea view and a stunning mountain view!

We have 4 rooms and 1 studio with small kitchen in the villa and also 3 bathrooms. WIFI for free, a laptop, big flatscreen TV's with satellite, airco everywhere. Our open kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. In the living room you have a high comfort level with leather sofa's, an eating and a reading corner.

The private pool mesures 9m x 4m and is heated by all day sunshine. For your comfort we have high quality mattresses and bedding. Please ask us for catering possibilities, transport possibilities and other special arrangements !

Next to the villa you have a lot of private parking space. The sea is just down the hill and the city center with its shops and restaurants is only 3km away. We kindly recommend to hire a rental car to explore the beautiful region, the nature parks and water & amusement parks. Ask us to arrange it, we have special discount rates ! Or just rent our bikes for 10 euro per day. The beach is perfectly safe for young children. Enjoy your stay !!!
